Square Enix today announced Bloodmasque will be reduced in price in North and South America for a limited time to celebrate the Labor Day weekend. Between August 30th and September 2nd, the recently launched vampire hunting action RPG game will be available for $2.99 through the Apple App Store, down from its usual $6.99 price.
Pax Prime attendees will be able to get hands-on time with Bloodmasque– an App Store Editor’s Choice – this weekend (August 30th – September 2nd) at the Square Enix booth at the show. Set in an alternate vision of 19th century Paris, Bloodmasque pits players against a vampire-controlled society.
Powered by Unreal Technology, the game allows hunters to use their iOS device’s built-in camera to scan their face into the game and appear as the main character. Photos are then stylized to naturally fit the aesthetics of the game.
Bloodmasque will be available for $2.99 for North America and South American customers via the App Store. Bloodmasque supports the following iOS devices: iPhone 4S and above, iPod touch (5th generation) and above, and iPad 2 and above up until 11.59PM on September 2nd.
