InnoGames has just launched the Korean version for its browser game Forge of Empires. Just four months after its start, the strategy game is available in 22 languages . At the same time, Forge of Empires has crossed the mark of three million registered users and thus is the most successful game start in InnoGames’ history.
“We are very happy with the international development of the game,” Nino Protic, Forge of Empires’ Product Manager emphasizes. “With the Korean language version, we have finalized the localization of the game for the moment, but of course we will always keep an eye open for additional markets.”
Besides its gaming depth and its high graphic quality, Forge of Empires’ success is supported by international media partnerships with Fox, NBC and TF1 in France, as well as RTL2 and ProSieben Sat1 in Germany.
Forge of Empires is a browser-based strategy game, where players, tasked with leading their own city to prosperity can research new technologies, build impressive historical buildings and enlarge their sphere of influence through military campaigns and skillful dealing.
