Devolver Digital has blasted a round of Serious Sam 4 gameplay directly into eyeballs worldwide ahead of the game’s launch in August 2020 via PC and Stadia. The footage is backed by insight from developer Croteam on how they’re cranking everything past 11 this time around, from kickass expansions to Sam’s arsenal to having literal thousands of enemies on screen at once.
If seeing Sam in action again stirs something in you, you don’t have to wait until August to catch up (though preemptive types can pre-order Serious Sam 4 now) – the full Serious Sam franchise is also currently up for sale on Steam.
