For Honor – “Rite of Champions” Trailer

Today, Ubisoft announced that For Honor: Hero’s March, the sixth season, is now available on all platforms. Available as a free update to all players, For Honor: Hero’s March will bring a brand new map, Hero reworks for the Peacekeeper and Orochi, a new Visual Collection feature, and more.

In addition to the gameplay changes, For Honor players can partake in a new limited-time seasonal event, The Rite of Champions, which will be available from May 17 to May 31. This event honors the Heroes of yesterday – Belval the Medusa, Musashi the Crane and Heidrek the Warthog, through exclusive customization items and a new mode – the Carousel of Death, a 4v4 mode where players must down all opponents at once in order to win. The tales of each of these Heroes will also be told through special community orders available in game.

During the Rite of Champions, players can loot special event items including ornaments, battle outfits, effects and weapon sets. New mask outfits will also be introduced, which are themed after each of the three legendary Heroes and available for a discounted price of 15,000 steel for the first week of the event (all mask outfits will be priced at 20,000 steel starting May 24). Beginning May 24, a special The Rite of Champions bundle, which will unlock all special event items including the mask outfit and a Sword in the Stone emote, will be available for 30,000 and dynamically change price based on the amount of items already looted during the event.

All For Honor players will also receive additional rewards including special emblem outlines, Champion Status, and XP boost tickets based on the current reputation levels of their Heroes. Champion Status will also offered at a 30% discount from May 17 to May 31 and will increase the odds of loot special event items. Finally, all Season Pass heroes will be playable for all For Honor players during the Rite of Champions and can be fully unlocked for a discounted price of 10,000 steel while regular Heroes will be available for 5,000 steel for Starter Edition players.

Following the introduction of the all-new training mode, the implementation of dedicated servers, and other updates, which have brought significant improvements to the player experience, the For Honor team has been dedicated to making the game more stable, accessible, and engaging for all players.
