Rollers of the Realm: Reunion, the next game in Phantom Compass’ Rollers of the Realm series, is a bigger, bolder, and deeper “RPG meets Pinball” experience than ever before, and part of that is due to an entirely revamped map and overworld. Today, we’re providing a never-before-seen look at the “Roll-around-able World Map” and all the nifty features that come with it!
In the original Rollers, the map followed a more basic, menu-based design. In Reunion, two traversable overworlds reflect distinct campaign environments that change as the game progresses. Players can now meet and interact with a host of charming characters while they’re traveling. Nothing beats making friends on the road, and who knows? They might have some very important knowledge to share with you!
It’s also a great place to check out some sidequests to keep you busy in-between heroic acts of the realm saving variety. As players spin and rotate themselves around the new maps, they’ll also kick off some major story beats. Mysterious locations have lots to offer, and the only way to find them is by exploring! As you conquer each campaign playfield, keep your eyes peeled for tournament booths that provide access to ranked play with leaderboards!
