Today, Ubisoft announced that Season Three of the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Pro League global competition begins today for Microsoft Xbox One and on September 1st for Windows PC. Eight teams per platform will engage in an intense competition over seven demanding weeks for a chance at a $150,000 prize pool and the title of Season Three champion. Viewers can tune in to watch the Season Three kickoff for Microsoft Xbox One players today at 10 am PDT at twitch.tv/rainbow6.
To celebrate the start of Season Three, four Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege gold operator sets will be available from September 6 to November 25 depending on the platform. Players can purchase the Jäger, Fuze, Twitch and Thatcher gold sets for $7.99 each or $16 for all to support the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Pro League. Every set unlocks a gold weapon skin, gold operator chibi and gold operator headgear.
Players interested in competing against the best can join the weekly GO4 tournaments to qualify for the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Pro League and attempt to grab a piece of the weekly prize of $100 and 100 GO4 points.
