NIS America is happy to announce that there are new screenshots for Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls, which will be released in North America on September 1st and Europe on September 4th on the PlayStation Vita as both a physical and digital release.
This new batch of screenshots demonstrates the power of the eight types of Truth Bullets in your arsenal. Switching between bullets such as Break, Burn, Dance, Detect, Knockback, Link, Move, and Paralyze, the player can control Komaru and utilize these in order to traverse Towa City. In addition, there are some screenshots that give a sneak peek of what kinds of Monokumas you may face!
Komaru Naegi, little sister to Makoto Naegi, has been imprisoned inside a mysterious apartment for over a year. One day, she is rescued by Byakuya Togami of Future Foundation, but the rescue is derailed by a sudden attack of hundreds of Monokumas. Komaru soon discovers that the city has been taken over by a group of children calling themselves the Warriors of Hope.
Their leader, Monaca, declares that the city will be the site of a Children’s Paradise, and to accomplish this, all the adults will be exterminated. Komaru teams up with Toko Fukawa to try to survive the rampaging Monokumas, escape the crafty Monokuma Kids, and uncover the secrets of the city.
