Microsoft Studios has announced “Age of Mythology: Extended Edition”, the strategy game that transports players to a time when heroes did battle with monsters of legend and gods intervened in the affairs of mortals. The Extended Edition includes the original “Age of Mythology”, “The Titans” expansion, and the “Golden Gift Campaign”, allowing fans to relive this time-honored classic with epic campaigns available exclusively on Windows 7 and 8.1+.
Additionally, improved visuals like shadows, time of day, and global lighting will allow players to see every detail as they unleash the power of the gods. Full Steamworks integration offers Cloud saves, Steam Trading Cards, Achievements, modifications of every part of the game, and Multiplayer, while Twitch integration and a new spectator mode lets competitors share their legendary civilizations online to all of their friends.
“Age of Mythology: Extended Edition” is available exclusively on Windows in the Steam store. For a limited time, players can pre-purchase the title for 20% off, or grab a 4 pack to share the action with friends.
