Today, Ubisoft announced Kendrick Lamar as the final member of Team Ghost, a select group of four celebrity gamers brought together to promote the highly anticipated video game, Tom Clancys Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
Just as the Ghosts are the most elite soldiers and represent a complete range of skills on the battlefield, each member of Team Ghost is among the best at what they do and plays a unique role on the team. Kendrick joins NBA All-Star Kevin Love, NFL rookie Justin Blackmon, and reality star Coco as the fourth and final member of the team.
“Im obviously a vocal guy, so Im going to pave the way to victory for Team Ghost, and make sure you hear about it the entire time, said Kendrick Lamar. Playing Ghost Recon is no different from being a rapper, really going full force against the competition and breaking through the enemy lines, just like I do with my bars.
Additionally, an exclusive new Kendrick Lamar song inspired by Ghost Recon: Future Soldier entitled War Is My Love can be heard during the video. The full song will be released on Monday, May 21st.

Tom Clancys Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will be available May 22, 2012 for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system. It will be available on PC on June 12, 2012.
