Neko Entertainment and Alien After All (a production and conceptual studio focusing on creating interesting and innovative games across many spectrums) have teamed up to bring gamers DodoGo! for the Nintendo DSi system.
DodoGo! is probably the first game released that puts the player in control of the, now, extinct Dodo bird, going back to the Cretaceous period. Taking place on an island in the middle of the ocean, players are given the task of gathering the lost Dodo eggs after a larg tidal wave swept them from the nest. Nearly 100 levels of dangerous areas await players who are ready attempt to lead the fragile eggs back to their nest and safety (this isn’t going to be easy).
“DodoGo! has been designed from the beginning to focus on compelling gameplay,” said Denis Mercier, creator and director of DodoGo! “We have created a very dynamic puzzle environment for this game, entirely editable with the stylus, and have also focused on giving an extra dimension to the main characters. As you play the game, you go on a journey with your Dodo characters: the more you get to know them, the more you find they are full of surprises. This part of the game is as important as the discovery of a new world.”
