Square Enix has just announced that Front Mission Evolved is being developed by Double Helix Games and will be made available on Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC’s this Spring.
This installment of the venerable Front Mission series is going to be a 3rd person shooter and is the first time that FM has gone this route (previous entries have been strategy games for the most part). In Front Mission, players are put in control of a giant Wanzer, a humanoid, customizable robot that can be outfitted with some awesome weaponry.
Taking on more of a Hollywood style production, this FM will feature an immersive storyline (all of them have had this going for them) that features intense battles as you try and create the ultimate humanoid war machine online or off.
