Dekovir Entertainment, a developer founded in 2003 and specializing in casual games has just released Hidden Magic. What is different about Hidden Magic? Well, it is a hidden object game for one. Wait, you are saying that is nothing new? How about the fact that Hidden Magic incorporates a battle system with the hunting objects gameplay? Got you interested now huh?
In HM, you are required to find the ingredients for the over 20 spells that you will be using during battle against over 30 monsters in 60 different battle challenges (you might want to hone your object finding skills before jumping into Hidden Magic). The story behind Hidden Magic goes like this, two magicians are living peacefully on the edge of the woods when a horde of goblins comes along and kidnaps one of them (why can’t goblins just leave people alone and stick to livestock?). You play the magician that wasn’t kidnapped and must take on the horde and rescue your partner (don’t worry, they are opposite sex, so if you choose to play the man, then the woman will have been kidnapped and vice versa).
The game screen is setup logically, you have the normal screen on top and a list of ingredients that you have to find to be able to mix that spell in your couldron. One battle that we can tell you about has the player viewing a picture through a fog and then the picture will break up and the player needs to reassemble it.
