Here at Pixel Perfect Gaming, we go the extra mile for you, our readers and fans, and sometimes this pays off in big ways, like this bit of news we have for you. Capcom has sent over a demo for the new Ace Attorney game, Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth, which is coming to the Nintendo DS in February.
This is a flash demo that you can download (link below) and enjoy on your computer (all nice and legal here folks). In AAI:ME you take on the role of famed prosecutor Miles Edgeworth in your attempt to solve the first case from the full game.
AAI is the first Ace Attorney game that takes the series out of the courtroom and focuses on the crime scene (think Law and Order but more fun). This is a new avenue for the series to take, play the demo and see if you think it is a good thing or not.
Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth consists of many cases, the first of which starts out with an argument in Edgeworth’s office that leads to a mysterious murder. Edgeworth, having been out of town on business returns to find the victim in his office, shot dead.
The second case has Miles Edgeworth on a plane getting knocked out after some extremely rough turbulance. Experiencing nasty flashbacks, Edgeworth opens the elevator (this must be a big plane) only to find a male corpse. This scene is unluckily for Edgeworth, witnessed by a flight attendant that assumes that Edgeworth is the murderer, setting up the second case.
