Today, Ubisoft announced that Assassin’s Creed Identity is now available worldwide in the App Store for $4.99. Developed by Blue Byte, a Ubisoft studio, the game brings the classic Assassin’s Creed gameplay experience combined with new Action-RPG elements to mobile devices.
In Assassin’s Creed Identity, players will create and customize their own Assassins and embark on a mission to solve The Mystery of The Crows. The adventure will take Assassin’s to iconic settings from the Italian Renaissance such as Santa Croce area in Firenze or the Colosseum area in Roma. As players progress throughout the game and complete action-driven contract missions, their characters will evolve from a novice to a master Assassin.
Assassin’s Creed Identity transports the fun and nostalgia of the traditional parkour onto iPad and iPhone using of the player’s choice of different controls: tap-to-move, dual virtual stick controls or with a gamepad.
The game requires iOS 7 and iPad 3 or later, or iPhone 5 or later.
An Android version of the game will release in spring 2016.
