Five-man development team, Grimm Bros, is proud to announce today that its debut title Dragon Fin Soup has been Greenlit on Steam and has simultaneously achieved its Kickstarter goal of $24,000. A beautifully-illustrated hybrid tactical action RPG with roguelike elements, Dragon Fin Soup is set in a fantasy world inspired by fairytales and classic console RPGs.
Dragon Fin Soup has already been in development for more than a year and is scheduled for release on PC, Playstation 3, Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita in 2014. Dragon Fin Soup will also be shown to public for the first time at PAX East in Boston, Massachusetts from April 11-13th.
With over two weeks still remaining in the Kickstarter campaign, backers can now help Grimm Bros unlock enticing stretch goals for Dragon Fin Soup, including new playable characters, new Gameplay Modes, fun features, new weapon packs, new quests, new abilities and much more!

Combining turn-based dungeon crawl exploration with the classic console RPG style of storytelling, Dragon Fin Soup draws inspiration from beloved childhood fairytales, with a twist.
The game starts out with Red Robin, the reimagined version of the classic Red Riding Hood character who is a cheerful, yet raging alcoholic that makes a living as a sword-for-hire and bounty hunter in a remote country village. A year has passed since Robin lost her memory, but the bloody past slowly catches up with her as she discovers a world of murder, conspiracies and magic.
Kickstarter rewards for backers include limited edition music boxes, art books, plushies, t-shirts, art prints, engraved crystals and hand-drawn illustrations. The Kickstarter stretch goals give gamers the opportunity to determine the scope and scale of Dragon Fin Soup, directly influencing the shape of the game and participating during its development.
