Actionsoft has released Midnight Mansion HD, an update to its mega hit platformer Midnight Mansion. This re-release includes redrawn HD graphics, a Universal Binary game engine that is fully compatible with Lion, and OpenGL-accelerated graphics with new special effects like lighting and shadows. This new release also runs natively on Intel-based Macs.
Midnight Mansion HD contains two episodes. Episode 2 contains 5 mansions and costs $5.99. Episode 2 contains 6 mansions and costs $8.99. Both episodes can be purchased together for the low price of $14.99.
A demo is available that runs on both PPC and Intel Macs, requiring OS X 10.4 or higher.
