  • Microsoft Raises Restrictive File Size for XBLA Games

    Microsoft is finally accepting the fact that games need to be allotted more space in this day and age and has raised the file size limit of XBLA games from 50 megabytes to 2 gigabytes, about a 40 times over size increase.  What does this mean for the gamers?  Bigger file sizes will allow for more content, which hopefully will lead to better longer games.  We all know though, it is up to the dev... more.

    Cave developers of Mushihime-sama Futari for the Xbox 360 have recently announced on Kotaku.com that MsF is going to be region free when it is released on November 26th.  So, if you are a fan of Caves shooters and wanted to play more of them, here is your chance, go show them we want more of these games in the US.     Like "bullet hell" shooters (the term refers to the fact that sometimes there are so many bullets onscreen it is hard to keep track of your ship/character, let alone survive)?  If you are, then you know Cave.  They are beyond any other developers when it comes to shooters, especially 'bullet hell" shooters.
