Today Valve added support for five additional currencies on Steam, as part of an ongoing update that will add support for 11 international currencies.
The five currencies added today include Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. In the coming weeks, support will be added for five more: Canada, Mexico, Korea, Turkey, and Norway. And late last month, support for the Japanese Yen was introduced.
With the addition of these 11 currencies, Steam will offer support for a total of 16 currencies worldwide.
New payment methods are also being added in these regions.
