Assassin’s Creed III: Battle Hardened Pack – Now Available

Today, Ubisoft announced that the second downloadable content pack for Assassin’s Creed III, The Battle Hardened Pack, is now available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. This downloadable content pack will be available for Windows PC on January 15.

The Battle Hardened Pack extends the Assassin’s Creed III multiplayer experience with new playable characters and maps:

• Three multiplayer characters including the influential Governor, the ferocious Highlander and the fearsome Coyote Man.

• Three multiplayer maps including Charlestown, Fort St-Mathieu and Saint Pierre.

For those who have purchased the Assassin’s Creed III Season Pass, which includes all five downloadable content packs as they become available, The Battle Hardened Pack is available to download at no additional cost. The Season Pass provides more than 25% savings versus purchasing the DLC individually.

Assassin’s Creed III Season Pass is available for purchase for 2400 Microsoft Points via the Xbox LIVE online entertainment network for Xbox 360, or $29.99 on PlayStation Network and Windows PC. It can also be purchased* at GameStop and Best Buy.

Future Assassin’s Creed III downloadable content releases will feature The Tyranny of King Washington, an all-new single-player campaign told through three episodic content packs, which lets gamers experience an alternate history of the events following the American Revolution.

In this alternate history, it’s 1783 and the American Revolution is over, but the true battle is just beginning. Blinded by a thirst for unlimited power, George Washington has declared himself king. Now, our new hero Ratonhnhaké:ton must dethrone the tyrant and return freedom to the land.

Assassin’s Creed III is available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 system, and Wii U. For Windows PC gamers, the Assassin’s Creed III Deluxe Edition is available as a digital download and includes all future downloadable content.
