When it rains, it pours…

When it rains, it pours…

There is something very rewarding about living your dream. When you wake up every morning to face the world, you know deep inside that everything you have done in life – leading up to that point in time – including all the blood, sweat and tears you’ve experienced, was all worth it. But you are not alone. You have a team of talented, intelligent individuals who stood by you the entire way, contributing their best work to help that dream come to fruition.

The future looked bright then, and it still does today. But right now, every single one of us – no matter where we live – are facing a challenging, if not at times uncertain, future. The world is at war with an invisible enemy who is (at this point in time) alien to our society, as it mutates every time medical experts come close to defeating it with modern day medicine (or vaccines, if you will).

This has affected us all very deeply. People are ill; others have passed on; and some are living ‘hosts’ for the virus (Covid-19) and don’t even know it. These are scary times indeed.

With that said, PixelPerfectGaming has also been affected, but we want you to know that despite all this, we are still here. We are working night and day to provide you with the latest in news and reviews from the best industry to ever grace the face of the Earth.

Yes, we have things to catch up on in some areas. Know that we are dedicated to our readers and supporters, and we are here to stay. Like everyone else, we are re-adapting to the new ‘norm’ to keep everyone healthy and safe. There may be some bumps in the road along the way, but it’s nothing we can’t handle. When you’ve been doing this as long as we have, it feels like just another day at the office.

We can tackle this together, while also enjoying the very best the Video Game Industry has to offer. Stay healthy and safe out there!

(Update 9-12-2020: It’s been one of those weeks! Yours truly happened to slip on some acorns that were underneath a ‘Welcome’ mat during a rain storm. The end result was a bad fall that 1.) led to the hospital and 2.) resulted in a broken hip. The healing process has been arduous and min- numbingly slow. Thank goodness the Nintendo Switch is portable! And thankfully what we do here at PixelPerfectGaming everyday doesn’t require a lot of walking.)
