LLaF teaches and entertains at the same time without being “edutainment” (who remembers that buzzword of the last century?). If playing on a Nintendo DSi players will be able to use the camera to take pictures of real life things and apply them to the in game dresses and other outfits. This helps create a truly unique wardrobe, one that players can then use to dress up their virtual Lovely Lisa or one of her two best friends, Alice and Maria.
Ideal skills are helped to develop in mini games such as helping mom with cooking and shopping or assembling furniture with the virtual dad. The mini games don’t stop there though, pretending to be a police officer, nurse and more are also available. There is even a fashion show called Heart Hills Idol Pageant that players can enter their doll, with customized outfits, into and dance to the winners circle.
